“Failed to meet expectations. 1. Sold as an English tour only- - not true. 2, The tour was 100% full. The train portion was one rail car reserved which created a 100% packed car. Therefore 1/2 the customer did not have window viewing and I impossible for other to get access for photos. It was a terrible cramped situation and it wasn’t necessary because there was a lot of open seating in the other rail cars”
